(Min. 150 Words):[/b]   You should choose me to be a staff member as I am a very fair and honest person who tries not to get caught up in any fights/arguments. I have seen many bias staff members on and I think with me being a staff member I can try and fix it or at least not be part of the problem. I really like the server and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. In addition, I like to play late at night (9PM-2AM UTC +01:00) and I have seen many players complain on how there are no staff on at later times and I think if I were to get accepted I could help the server out tremendously by being there when I'm needed the most. Although I like to play at night the most, I play in the day a lot too after I finish my homework and whatever else. I have good chemistry with a lot of the current and former staff members so I think I will fit in the staff team very well. I use my microphone quite a lot and try to talk as much as I can to people (without being annoying) which I think will help if I am on the staff team. I will listen to both sides of the story and I will not care about any outside factors like age. I'm a very trustworthy and responsible person that will take on any task if someone assigns me to it.
